Team San Diego recently spent a few days enjoying the world class mountain biking trails outside of Zion National Park in Southern Utah. From a base at the Desert Pearl Inn in Springdale, Team San Diego spent two days riding two of the area’s top trails — Guacamole and The Gander (the northern rim of the famous Gooseberry Mesa). Off the trail, Team San Diego spent time with Fred and Regina Pagles, owners of Zion Cycles as well as dined in two of our favorite spots — the Pizza & Noodle Company and the Bit & Spur Restaurant. Additionally, Team San Diego indulged in a cool photo shoot with photographer par excellence Regina Pagles in her Springdale studio. A special shout out to ZOIC Clothing for providing Team San Diego with the finest mountain biking shorts (X Shorts, Ether Premium, Ether Black Square Antidote Plaid) and Ether Stretch prototype to demo, and jerseys (Mania and Cycle Tees) for the trail rides. Too little time and too much fun! Can’t wait to get back in the Fall!
