MMC is “cranking” up marketing public relations programs for bicycling and sports performance clients at the OutDoor Demo at Boulder City, Nevada’s Bootleg Canyon, September 17-18, and for the Interbike Expo, September 19-21 at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas. Client Zoic Clothing, based in San Diego, will host the first-ever Official Changing Station at OutDoor Demo. The company’s booth D1105 will include four private enclosures equipped for event attendees to get dressed in their riding gear. Bike dealers can get ready to ride, refresh and revitalize with amenities such as chamois crème, sunscreen and cleaning wipes. Bicycle dealers are also encouraged to clean up at the Changing Station at any time during the event, especially before the 45-minute shuttle ride back to the Las Vegas Strip. Two products that I use in as part of my regular mountain biking routine — KOOL N’ FIT Sport Performance Spray before the ride and Action Wipes to clean off after the ride — will be available to dealers at the Changing Station.
