Celebrate Easter @ Old California Restaurant Row in San Marcos
SAN MARCOS, CA — March 25, 2010 — With 15 distinctive restaurants, Old California Restaurant Row has a wide selection of delectable dining choices for Easter Sunday, April 4. Located at 1020 San Marcos Boulevard, Old California Restaurant Row is North County’s largest dining and entertainment experience with restaurants serving food from around the world and charming Village boutiques located directly adjacent to the Edwards Stadium 18 Cinema complex.
• Old California Mining Company will be serving an Easter Sunday special featuring a choice of a Smoked Ham Dinner for $17.95 per person, and a Slow Roasted Prime Rib — 12 oz priced at $22.95 and 16 oz priced at $26.95. For reservations, call 760-761-4900.
• Bruno’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria is featuring its annual Easter Champagne Brunch including an Omelet Bar, Prime Rib and Baked Ham, Seafood, Traditional Italian Specialties, Antipasto, Homemade Pizza and Soups, Fresh Fruits and Salads, Desserts, Biscotti and Italian Pastries, and much more. Served from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the brunch is priced at $28.95 for adults and $12.95 for Children ages 4-12; and Children under 3 is free. For more information, call 760-744-7700.
• The Market Street Café invites guests to join them for a special Easter Sunday Dinner Special featuring a three-course Prix Fix menu for only $20 per person. Soup or Salad choice includes French Onion Soup au Gratin, Market St. Field Greens or Whole Leaf Caesar; an Entrée choice of Sautéed Scottish Salmon, Duck Breast or Flat Iron Steak; and a Dessert choice the house made French collection. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 760-471-7646.
• The San Marcos Brewery will serve its regular Sunday Brunch with such favorites as Eggs and Shrimp Benedict; California, Western and Crab Omelets; Cinnamon French Toast, and the Santa Fe Breakfast Burrito. The Brewery’s brunch and regular lunch menus will be served beginning at 10:30 a.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 760-471-0050.
• Cocina del Charro will serve its Easter Champagne Brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. featuring an Omelet Station, Fruit and Salad Bar; an Entrees Station including Chile Rellenos, Chile Colorado, Cheese Enchiladas, and more; plus a Dessert Station with a variety of cakes, flan, and soft serve ice cream. Reservations are recommended for parties of eight or more, and can be made by calling 760-471-6644. The Brunch is priced at $15.99 for adults and $8.99 for children 10 and under.
The following restaurants will be open and serving their regular lunch and dinner menus on Easter Sunday — Acapulco Restaurant & Cantina; China Wokery; Chin’s Grill; Fish House Vera Cruz; IHOP Restaurant; Katsu Sushi & Teppan House; King & I Thai Restaurant; India Princess; and Old California Coffee House.
